You like stocking up, boroughonian, I remember you have done the same with sauerkraut, when you were into that.

Jan, chèvre is French goats cheese. Rather soft and creamy and is in great contrast with lentils.

Umm..goats cheese that sounds great, seeing as I am housebound again will get my cousin to bring me some, would it work with ordinary goats cheese Maurits?
