Anyone fancy meeting up to try out the Scotia now that it is under new management? We could show a little local support & make some suggestions as to what we would like on tap ie. good beer & decent cider.

Anyone around on Thursday eve? About 6.30 - 7ish?

I can't do this thursday (but ignore me, because I'll be working late a lot until the end of feb. However, I'll keep an eye on this thread and come along late if the date changes and I can make it).

...if you press it, they will come.

How about renaming this a social and posting a thread about it in the other place, and inviting that nice-sounding person who was asking about meeting people in SE1?

(Quite a lot of how abouts there.....)
