If your birthday was on a Tuesday, say, would you have celebratory drinks on the Tuesday itself, or would you have them the following Friday?

Depends how big you want your celebration to be Ma'am, if you're going to need a couple of days to get over it, Friday's the one, but you can't beat a bit of mid-week debauchery in my book, and you may be less likely to be clashing with other diary dates on a Tuesday.

Why not both - who needs excuses? However, there is something about celebrating on the day - it just seems more 'meaningful'....

On the Tuesday itself. It's specifically about the date.

Classy dinner on the day itself & wild party on the Friday.

OK, after a couple of drinks this evening, I think I'm up for drinks on the day itself. After all, it's a better way to celebrate than watching Eastenders and Holby City. Oh, wait....maybe not!

And if I do have drinks on the 10th, I would be glad to be joined by my SE1 buddies.... though will you venture as far as EC1?
