1... 2... 3...

Seven tears have flown into the river
Seven tears are runnin' to the sea.
If one day they reach some distant waters
Then you'll know
it's sent with love from me.
Here I stand
head in hand
Lonely like a stranger on the shore.
I can't stand this feeling anymore.
Day by day
this world's all grey
And if dreams were eagles I would fly
But they ain't
and that's the reason why.
Seven tears have flown into the river

Did you actually know all those words Julie? Brilliant!

I know them all, and lots of others too (some of which I have used here)

What I want to know though, is this the level of drivel you require ... or do I need to try harder ... or sink lower?

I'm inclined to sink lower personally but I'll attempt to rise to the challenge shold you wish to crank it up a notch or two.

Speaking of lyrics - I've just discovered that I work above the old Scene club in the west end, the DJ from which was written about in the Clash's Midnight to Stevens.

Clearly I don't have enough work to do right now

I've just cleaned my kitchen because Birdie's coming over to dinner tonight.
