Hi James

The reCAPTCHA API you use for "Contact Us" - I normally click "reload" about 10 times before I can enter the correct 2 word phrase.

I have used reCAPTCHA myself on websites I have written and I suspect you may be missing valuable feedback and comments because one or both words are illegible and folks simply give up.

I know you can tweak the API to display more legible words - please do this.

By way of example, here are 2 I "captured" tonight.

Normally, 1 word is readable, the other is not...

Thanks - I will investigate and report back when changes are made.

Drag and drop CAPTCHA's where you are instructed to drag an item, say a banana, from a group of items to a designated area were touted to take over from text but I've never come across it.

I haven't forgotten this and will get to sorting it eventually.

I've had a look and I can't see an obvious way to control how difficult the words are to decipher.
