It was so wonderful to see you all, I'm sorry that you had a mix up Phoenix, we missed you. Thank you for letting us loonies back Boroughs Mark & Paul, it was great fun. Have a fantastic Christmas everyone and I'll see you all in the New Year.

I found that 5 in my oyster wallet on Saturday, and as one of our SE1 friends named their daughter after one of the riders in The National, I decided to put the money on that horse - Nina Carberry riding Character Building, each way, at 16/1 - she came in 7th.

Anyhoo, I'm feeling smug because I had a bet on the Grand National winner a while ago, at longer odds than the SP, har, har. Turn up at the Britannia between 20.30 and 20.31 tonight and I might buy you a drink....
