Feeling a bit better today but I think the 3rd trimester nausea & reflux have started for me :-) Nevertheless, I would love to meet up next week (maybe Design Cafe has peppermint tea?)
I'm so sad but will not be able to make it today. My lovely little baby has her first cold - very upsetting as she's so tiny and is very miserable. I am having to stay at home and nurse her. Please let me know if you will be meeting again next week as I'd love to come along.

Here are the details of the pilates classes which I mentioned:
Free antenatal and post natal pilates classes run at Downside Training for Life Centre, Coxson Place, Druid St, SE1 2EZ every Thursday.
Post natal pilates - 1-2 pm (no creche but you can bring your baby)
Antenatal pilates - 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm.
For antenatal pilates you need to be 12+ weeks pregnant and for post natal pilates it is recommended that you are about 8-12 weeks post natal and also to have discussed exercise with your GP.
