Better Bankside's Business Club is kicking off its new seminar series on 30th March.

The first event is called 'Borough Market: the Food School, the Future' and is likely to feature Chief Executive Simone Crofton, Chair of Trustees George Nicholson and (we hope) a prominent trader.

It will take place in the possible home of the new Food School, no. 1 Cathedral Street, kicking off at 6pm. You can download an invitation from the Better Bankside website at

The meeting is open to Better Bankside member businesses, and to members and prospective members of the Business Club. Membership of the Club costs 100pa and 50pa if your business has three or fewer full-time employees. Contact me if you wish to join.

I am trying to understand what exactly The Food School is, but don't seem to be able to find that on the website.
