Good Commercial Property Agent needed

One of our clients is wanting to relocate to the SE1 area and looking for around 5,000 sf of good space. Not sure what they want to pay but just looking to be able to refer them to the right people, save them the hassle of a ring round. Any thoughts anyone? Most gratefully received.
