Can anyone tell me what/where is a good method of advertising a flat to let?

Hi Harry

Am looking for a let at the moment and local agents are to a man usary wanting 300 admin charges from tenants holding deposits and all sorts of off putting tactics whilst still charging the landlord as well. Might be better to do it yourself through Gumtree or similar.Let me know what you have I might be interested.

try the following web site http://www.landlordlet.com - i used it last week and got my property let - cost me 39 to advertise and got me on rightmove - good luck!!
