They are expensive, not as responsive as they should be and their Modus Operandi is to suck up to the management committee and pay little or no attention to the residents with problems.I have experience of appalling and good management company. Living partnerships on here, i read their reviews and they are worded in a way that i feel a real client would not. I would be suspect of that.
What i have experienced in the appalling category is Mainstay Residential. They are useless, expensive, rip you off, false accounting, non accounting, duplicate accounting, no customer service. In fact, the complete opposite of their website claims. I have evidence of this as i am on the board of directors for this development.
Warwick estates is another appalling company. I have contacts who have all taken on warwicka nd they have all reported poor service and all but one have sacked them from their estates.
My recommendation for good is Rendell & Rittner, based in the Minories. They run my residential estate where we have a good relationship with manager and director. Above average fees, but from EXPERIENCE, you get what you pay for. We inspect the books every quarter and we are happy with how things develop. I am based in SE16.
