I have often passed this playground and have always thought it to be new and not in need of repair let alone replacement. I am even more surprised and somewhat shocked to hear that I as a leaseholder may be collectively billed for this. Unfortunately I cannot afford £150+ to spend on replacing a new playground with another new playground no matter what climbing frame is on it especially following the huge cost of the estate's section 20 repairs which I am still paying off. The section 20 costs are more necessary. Whereas this playground proposal is an improvement and not a necessary repair so I do not see why us leaseholders should have to pay for it.
