Hello all

So just received an email from the property manager of our flats (Gordon & co)informing us of a hefty over-run against the budget that we as residents now have to pay.

Has anyone had a similar experience ? Is there a mechanism to seek redress? While I can understand some unforeseen expenditure the scale of this strikes me as poor and incompetent management.
