What kind of range is min 62,000 to max 66,000?
There's only 4k difference between the min and the max: what are the odds of falling exactly in that brackets?!
It sounds to me LQ doesn't want to sell the houses...

The new shared ownership ones at Old Jamaica Road & Abbey Street full market value is 840,000 for a 3 bed, with a service charge of 230 a month. Thats with Notting Hill Housing.

Wonder what the rent on the remainder is going to be? It'll have to be a very small percentage so they remain within reach of people under the income limit.
