Metro Central Heights and similar?

Hi guys!

My Girlfriend and I are hoping to be moving to the area in a couple of months. Metro Central Heights is currently looking like our most preferred option, but we were wondering whether there are any similar complexes nearby that we should be open to? Our current budget is 300-380 for a 1 bedroom flat (or studio if it's big enough/the view is amazing).

What draws us to Metro Central is the proximity to the strand (where we both attend university) and Gym/pool access.

So far the only other two complexes similar we found are the County Hall and Whitehouse apartments that are dreams but more expensive and at the painful end of our budget.

Do you guys know of any hidden gems that would be similar at all? Or any other advice that is similar?
