This has probably been mentioned at one time or another so here goes again. Can anyone recommend (would also appreciate being told of any managing agents that should not be used) a managing agent in the SE17 area. (or near to the SE17 area)?

Thanks, Alex

Just stay clear of Peverel who are OUR managing agents. They are the pits.

Whatever you do, you MUST not go anywhere near EQUITY. We're desperately trying to get rid of them as our agents at the mo. I can't tell you how terrible the situation is.

Try Rendall & Rittner, or Stonedale.

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for all your replies and comments. Sorry I couldn't thank you before this but I was having major computer problems.

Take care,

I would reiterate how good Stonedale are - breath of fresh air after White, Druce and Brown (aka Whine, Droan and Moan) who cd hardly bring themselves to be civil to any of their clients, let alone get anything sorted !?

We at Metro Central are on the warpath regarding Peverel and are going for the Right to Manage. When this happens we shall be looking for a new agent so all your advice and recommendations are most welcome. Once again, all I can say so far is STAY CLEAR OF PEVEREL !
