"The venue will comprise approximately eight acoustically treated karaoke rooms for between 8 and 20 guests (in closed user groups) with food and drink delivered to customers in the rooms, a communal bar for food and drink, kitchen, toilets, basement cellar storage and staff space."

Lucky Voice is expected to be open till midnight from Sunday to Thursday and till 1am on Friday and Saturday nights.
