The What on Earth? Wallbook

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

The world’s biggest ever book is 2.5 metres high and nearly 8 metres long.

It is a graphical timeline that tells the story of planet, life and people from the beginning of time to the present day in more than 1,000 pictures and captions.

On the back is a 7,000-word guide to the history of the world.

Christopher Lloyd, creator of the Wallbook, says the exhibit is designed to paint history on the largest possible canvas for the first time so people can better appreciate the global story of the world - or what on earth has happened.
