Feast on the Bridge

Southwark Bridge is transformed into a giant banqueting space, designed by Cathy Wren, with visitors invited to share a meal, to eat, drink, dance and make merry.

This year, the theme is sustainable fish and, in the evening, diners will be invited to the Forgotten Fish restaurant for a special meal prepared by chef Thomas Hunt, in collaboration with Taste of Freedom, using discarded fish and waste vegetables.

As the sun sets there will be a mass toast to the Thames and all who swim in her.
