A series of nine works by Tom Hunter commissioned by the Royal Shakespeare Company and inspired by Shakespeare’s play and the paintings of Romantic artist Henry Fuseli.
This contemporary reworking of the play is set in Hackney where Tom Hunter lives and features local people including samba dancers, pearly kings and queens, a thrash metal band and a pole dancer.
The show coincides with the publication of Tom Hunter: The Way Home with essays by Geoff Dyer, Tom Hunter and Michael Rosen.
