Culture Shop: January Sale

The South London Gallery's Art Assassins programme for young people presents an exhibition in an empty shop unit in Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre.

Breaking away from the usual commercially driven notion of January sales, this exhibition is a free and open exchange of creative ideas, experiences and young people's perceptions of culture.

The Art Assassins' programme of activity presents a broad variety of responses to the idea that 'culture makes you who you are' through scientific experiments, wrestling-inspired demonstrations, live music and pieces that consider the phenomenon of YouTube and gaming addiction.
