A Sore Head

Robert Welch

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

Robert Welch suffered a significant stroke in December 2011. It left him with the communication difficulty 'aphasia', a loss of right-side sensation and other health complications. As a practicing artist he found that drawing helped his recovery during the long stay in hospital. This exhibition of 25 works documents his gradual recovery, and his recent return to painting.

The exhibition hosed by Connect is in the St Alphege church hall.
