Newly-built 13-storey 4-star hotel with striking civic composition, clearly defining the base, middle and top of the building. A ground level cut back provides a generous pedestrian path and resulting overhang shelters the glazed entrance foyer. Variegated brickwork provides solidity and permanence, alternating on the south facade where large flush openings and deep brick reveals dynamic patterns.
