Diwali Children's Parade

Schoolchildren lead a parade from the South Bank to Trafalgar Square via the Golden Jubilee Bridges to launch the Mayor of London's Diwali Festival.
The colourful procession, starting on the South Bank near Jubilee Gardens, marks the 'Festival of Lights' which is observed in India and other countries by Hindus, Sikhs and Jains.
