An exhibition featuring work by the two nominated artists for Jerwood Encounters: 3-Phase - a new artist development project organised by Jerwood Visual Arts.
Jerwood Encounters: 3-Phase is a new artist development collaboration betweenEastside Projects (Birmingham), g39 (Cardiff), and Jerwood Charitable Foundation, through its London based gallery programme Jerwood Visual Arts.
3-Phase offers two early career artists the opportunity to make new work which will be exhibited through five new exhibitions across the collaborating galleries. Across the year-long programme, each artist will access ongoing curatorial and practical support from the partners.
Kelly Best and Georgie Grace have been selected from more than 90 applications. They have each developed a solo show which opened at Eastside Projects, Birmingham in January and March 2015 respectively.
Here they present a joint exhibition at Jerwood Space as part of the Jerwood Visual Arts programme in London.
