Join the very first Guy's Urban Challenge with a 2.4km run, 15km cycle on state of the art Wattbikes and a gruelling 29 floor stair climb up the world's tallest hospital building.

Step up on your own or in a relay team but places are limited so grab your place before it's too late.

The event takes place around Guy's Hospital grounds whilst the run route goes straight past the very building you're helping to complete - Guy's Cancer Centre.

Participants finish on the 29th floor of the world's tallest hospital tower with spectacular views of London and a celebratory party with VIP guests, finisher medals and more.
