Borough Market is holding a series of cooking demonstrations on Thursdays throughout August in its Market Hall Demonstration Kitchen to celebrate the influence that the cultural heritage of some of the UK's most innovative chefs has had on their cooking.
Born in Penang, Malaysia, Norman Musa moved to the United Kingdom in 1994. He opened up his first restaurant in Manchester in 2006 and is currently active teaching Malaysian cuisine at top cookery schools in UK, whilst collaborating with established restaurants in European cities. Norman will be showcasing a range of traditional and contemporary Malaysian dishes.
