Greystar is holding a public exhibition on the proposed redevelopment of the site at 40–46 Weston Street (Capital House).
Whilst the primary use has remained student housing, Greystar has been developing their social enterprise offer and refining their commitment to the local community.
The public exhibition will provide you with the opportunity to meet the team, see and hear the developer's vision for the social enterprise and community element of the scheme, and shar your own views about how the future of this important site should be shaped.
