In the second onsite fountain for 2007, Southbank Centre is bringing German artist Klaus Weber's The Big Giving. In this dramatic installation five large-scale sculptures will be placed on Festival Riverside outside the Royal Festival Hall - with the sculptures showing the heads and hands of the artist and a number of his friends rising out of, or simultaneously sinking into, volcanic-looking mounds of rock made from industrial waste.
