Sheffield electronic loungesters Animat take on Lynch's The Straight Story for a live cinematic experience.
The ultimate chilled road movie, the Oscar and Golden Globe-nominated The Straight Story tells the tale of one man and his lawnmower and their epic journey across America's mid-west.
Animat will accompany the film incorporating dialogue and sound from the existing soundtrack with a mixture of their own unique brand of dubby downtempo and an eclectic selection of tracks from their DJ archive.
Animat will also be DJing and playing before and after the screening, so arrive early to get a table and something to eat and enjoy a unique live cinema experience at Roxy.
