This is the statement to a Russian court of one of the wartime Russian officers who having been left locked in a cellar by the retreating Germans who had captured them, survived until found by others. It is a true story told by a British dramatist. Corin Redgrave makes his debut at the Bookshop Theatre with this monologue.
