Funharmonics Family Concert

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

This concert takes you to Mousehole, a tiny Cornish fishing village where Mowzer and her pet fisherman Old Tom braved the fiercest storm of all time to bring back fish for the villagers.

In Northumbria, a piper heralds the start of the Cross Lane Fair, depicted in music by Peter Maxwell Davies.

Nicola Bayley, illustrator of The Mousehole Cat, signs copies of the book after the performance.
