Stars of BBC's Maestro, the West End, classical music and opera will add sparkle to this year's Christmas festivities to celebrate Leonard Cheshire Disability's diamond anniversary.

Celebrated cellist Matthew Barley will perform a solo piece, with the London Chamber Orchestra and London Philharmonic Choir providing spectacular Christmas music for the night.

Host Katie Derham will be joined on stage by BBC Maestro winner Sue Perkins, along with performances from West End star Connie Fisher and opera and pop sensation Jonathan Ansell, with festive readings from TV presenter Kirstie Allsop and newsreaders Nicholas Owen and Emily Maitlis.

The concert will raise much-needed funds for the charity's campaigns and support that make a positive difference to the lives of disabled people.
