The launch of the new Getty Images Gallery exhibition space at The Movieum marks 40 years since the Beatles played their last live performance on the rooftop of the Apple Building at 3 Savile Row.
The exhibition features rare and unseen images of the "Fab Four", from famous photographers including Robert Whitaker, who accompanied John, Paul, George and Ringo on their 1966 Far Eastern Tour.
The images span from 1963 to 1970 and include shots from the filming of Help and A Hard Day's Night.
There will also be a selection of Beatles memorabilia on show, including one of John Lennon's Rickenbacker guitars donated by Pete Waterman OBE.
Musical instruments will also be displayed from Gibson and Epiphone, including signature models by both John Lennon and Paul McCartney, and other guitars connected to the band.
The Getty Images Gallery and the Movieum are already planning future exhibitions which will focus on movies, music and entertainment in London using imagery from the Getty Images Hulton Archive and from today's most talented photojournalists.
