This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

South London Women Artists was established in June 2008 by Jenny Sweeney and Leonie Cronin to recognise and highlight the achievements made by women artists in recent years.

SLWA provides a web showcase for female artists living or working south of the river. When it was set up its membership numbered just 40 but today stands at 100, with a waiting list.

Featuring over 100 pieces of contemporary art including prints, ceramics, photography, paintings, and sculpture, the show is curated by Kelly Chorpening from Camberwell College of Arts and Pippa Graber, art consultant from ArtDog.

All exhibited work will be available to buy with prices ranging from around £200 to £2,000.
