A daffodil for every Southwark resident

The bulbs will be planted between now and the end of November at locations across Southwark

Cllr Richard Thomas, Southwark's executive member for environment and transport, said: "This initiative, which is part of our commitment to a cleaner and greener borough, will brighten Southwark up and mark the arrival of spring in a most spectacular way."
