Minerva House sold for £42 million
Minerva House, a riverside office property opposite Southwark Cathedral, has been bought by Insight Foundation Property Trust for £42.13 million.
The property is let to ANZ Banking Group and Reed Smith LLP and produces about £2.76 million a year.
Completion is anticipated in July 2005.
Insight Investment is the asset manager for HBOS plc.
