Penelope Keith releases 121 balloons in Waterloo
Over the past 121 years Children's Country Holidays Fund has provided holidays in the countryside for nearly two million disadvantaged London children.

Every year some 200 volunteers take on the challenge of running the charity's children's activity holidays and weekend breaks. Without volunteers the work CCHF does to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged London children would simply not be possible.

To mark the recent National Volunteers Week CCHF vice-president Penelope Keith released 121 helium filled balloons from the roof of the charity's Lower Marsh offices to mark each year that volunteers have supported its work.
