Alien Adventure at the IMAX

Abigail Banks

War of the Worlds, move over! IMAX is bringing a new Alien Adventure to screen!

Are you looking for something fun and exciting to do this summer that is for the entire family? Then go see the new 3D film, Alien Adventure, on UK's largest screen at The bfi London IMAX Cinema!

This film doesn't have much of a plot, but it really doesn't need one. The visual aspects are spectacular and very realistic.

Aliens from out of this world are cruising through space looking for a place to live when they come across earth. They end up landing in an amusement park that is full of rollercoaster rides that hasn't yet been opened to the public. Thinking that this is a real location on earth the aliens go through the park and experience the rides for themselves. This is when the fun begins for the audience. Just remember to hold on to your seat and that it isn't real.

This adventure film is under an hour in length but is packed full of 3D fun. It's no War of the Worlds but it is certainly worth the thrill.

• Alien Adventure 3D (U) is at the Waterloo IMAX daily at 12 and 3pm; admission £7.90 (Child £4.95; conc £6.50).
