Southwark detectives are appealing for information after a woman was sexually assaulted at the Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre last November.

Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a sexual assault that took place at about 2pm on Thursday 22 November in the Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre.

The victim was approached by the suspect who engaged her in conversation before twice touching her inappropriately.

The suspect is described as a black male, aged 25-30, 5ft 8in in height and was wearing a red jumper, black trousers and black boots.

DC Thomson from Southwark community safety unit is investigating the case and asks the public to call on 020 7232 7148, quoting the image reference 112297.
