Man arrested as missing girl is found near London Bridge
A 38-year-old man has been arrested after a missing 14-year-old girl from Nottinghamshire was found with him by police officers in the London Bridge area.
Samantha Murray went missing from her Mansfield home on 27 November.
Police became suspicious that she may have come to the capital, and the Met began making appeals on behalf of Nottinghamshire Police over the weekend.
The 14-year-old was found safe and well by officers on routine patrol in the London Bridge area on Sunday.
A Met spokesperson said the man was arrested "on suspicion of abduction", and was being held at a south-east London police station.
