Valuable painting stolen from hospital chapel

A painting worth £18,000 has been stolen from St Thomas' Hospital Chapel.

The painting, which is approximately 2 ft x 3 ft, was last seen on Friday 13 February around 5pm and discovered missing on Sunday 15 February just before 6pm.

Sergeant Scott McDonald said, "The painting is of the Holy Family with St Anne, St John and two angels. It was donated to the hospital and is very special to staff and patients. Anybody with information should contact Kennington Beat Crimes Unit on 020 8649 2467 or call
