'Bath Bullet' launches Olympic fundraising bid
World and European indoor 60m champion and British Olympic hopeful Jason Gardener - aka the 'Bath Bullet' - sprinted across the Millennium Bridge on Friday morning to launch a fundraising initiative for Team GB.

Heineken is an official sponsor of the British Olympic Association (BOA) and will be raising funds for Britain's Olympic team through donations on sales of specially marked Heineken bottle packs and through in-bar promotions.

Jason Gardener is one of the world's leading sprinters and the fastest man in the world this year over 60m. At the 2004 World Indoor Championships in Budapest in March, Jason became the first Briton ever to win the 60m title. He also won gold with the British 4x100m relay team at the Manchester Commonwealth Games in 2002 and is a strong British medal hopeful for the Olympic Games in Athens.
