Bankside community observes minute’s silence for London Bridge victims

Members of the Bankside community - led by Borough Market and Southwark Cathedral - gathered outside Tate Modern on Tuesday as the nation held a minute's silence for the victims of the London Bridge attack.


Borough Market chairman Donald Hyslop and Dean of Southwark Very Revd Andrew Nunn addressed the gathering which was also attended by local police officers, representatives of Better Bankside, United St Saviour's Charity, Shakespeare's Globe, Bankside Residents' Forum and other local organisations.
