The traders of Borough Market have come together again to present another special Sunday opening.

As the name suggests the day is all about ingredients, Pure and simple. No hot food, just the finest summer produce from a selection of regular artisan producers and traders.

Thea Wunderer, one of the traders organising the day said;  “I loved the atmosphere of the Market when we opened on Sunday for the Urban Community Festival, and lots of shoppers commented on the more relaxed ambience.  My fellow traders obviously enjoyed it too as they are all taking part again, and are being joined by a few more keen to try the experience for themselves.”

The stalls will be ranged around the Jubilee Market and amongst them you will find Richard Hayward with clams and oysters, micro radishes from Sow Gourmet, Comte and charcuterie from The French Pantry and Calabrian delicacies from de Calabria.

Cream teas prepared using fabulous jams from England Preserves and Darjeeling loose leaf tea from Tea2You sit alongside refreshments from Market favourite Baxters. Some traders have even promised to extend their creative energies to providing a little musical entertainment.
