10am-6pmJohn Robertson Architects invites you into its Southwark studio to a special exhibition of Sir Christopher Wren’s masterpiece - St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street
JRA will be creating a scale model of this remarkable building entirely from sponge cake.
The model and an accompanying exhibition on the history of St Bride's Church, will support the INSPIRE! Appeal - launched in March 2012 to fund the urgent repair and restoration of St Bride's tiered spire, said to have been the inspiration for the design of modern wedding cake.
JRA will be serving sponge cake and tea to visitors with all money raised donated to the INSPIRE! Appeal.
