Theatre company Black Balloon presents a conversation about urban regeneration and gentrification as part of the development of a new play, Skyline.
Francesca, a prominent politician, and Jasper, a property developer, look out from the thirtieth floor and discuss a new development project. In a nearby council estate, Tanya and Rex worry about the real possibility of being evicted from their home.
Lives unexpectedly collide in a city which is losing its way.
Skyline will be presented as a work-in-progress performance at Ugly Duck, with pre-show debates with guest speakers, and invited audience feedback.
