Bill Moggridge & Gillian Crampton Smith

Award-winning British designer Bill Moggridge, co-founder of IDEO, pioneered interaction design and is one of the first people to integrate human factors into the design of software and hardware. He is joined by Gillian Crampton Smith, one of the most influential academics in the discipline of interaction design.

Both discuss the rationale, processes, history and implications of interaction design, illustrating their insights with images and videos.
