One year after the launch of the Bankside Urban Forest framework, the Forest Forum brings together a panel of urban practitioners and commentators to explore the role that the framework and partnership can play in shaping the contemporary city.

Speakers include Ken Worpole, Writer and Environmentalist and Roger Zogolovitch, Director of AZ Urban Studio - a company specialising in urban regeneration.

The evening will also give an overview of the first year of Bankside Urban Forest.

Bankside Urban Forest is a partnership initiative led by Better Bankside which provides a long-term framework for coordinating and influencing opportunities for the design, delivery and management of inspiring public spaces in Bankside between the River Thames and Elephant and Castle.

If you would like to attend, please RSVP to Valerie Beirne, Bankside Urban Forest Manager on vb@betterbankside.co.uk or telephone 020 7928 3998.
