Reef TV is inviting local residents and workers the opportunity to attend the filming of a brand new BBC food show at Waterloo Brasserie, all in aid of charity.

The Programme: Put Your Menu Where Your Mouth Is (working title).

Celebrity chefs are being dragged back into the real world to prepare and cook for a restaurant full of paying customers. Going head to head, two chefs will each be offering up a starter, a main course and a dessert. Diners choose which one to order - and at the end of the evening the chef who's made the most profit will win the competition. All profits go to the chefs' nominated charities.

Please ensure you and your party read the following before confirming:

Time & duration

Diners need to arrive at the restaurant at 6.15pm however you would be fine to arrive at 6.45 if you couldn't make earlier. Service takes longer than a normal restaurant service, filming is likely to finish at around 10.30pm and diners are asked to remain at the location until the end.

The entire bill needs to be paid for in cash, so cards will not be accepted. The menu prices will set by the individual chefs and will reflect those of the restaurant.

Release forms

Please be aware that you will be required to sign a release form on arrival at the restaurant. This gives your consent to being filmed and featured in the final programme.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that vegetarians will be catered for on this occasion, however there will be future episodes with particular focus on vegetarian specific menus.

Please advise when confirming if you would like to be seated in a group with other diners and we will try our best to accommodate.

If you have confirmed attendance and you, or any of your party, need to cancel at any time, please let us know as early as possible to allow time to reallocate seats. Reef TV will also need a mobile telephone number which you can be contacted on if at all possible. (This will not be given out to anybody else)
